2012 DALIAN Aboriginal Recognition Award

DALIAN Enterprises Inc. is an Aboriginal company specializing in networking and
security solutions. To recognize and encourage Aboriginal students, DALIAN is
sponsoring the

DALIAN Aboriginal Recognition Award

This award will be presented to an Aboriginal student who will be graduating
from Algonquin College in 2012. It is to celebrate the candidate’s personal and
academic achievements including:

Personal integrity and character
Inter-personal skills and aptitude to work effectively in a team environment
Academic performance and practical skills in:
- Technical skills and abilities in network architecture and ITsecurity; and/or
- Business Administration, including Human Resources, Finance and Sales

The successful candidate will receive a $1000 award and consideration for a 12 week paid placement with DALIAN.

The application form is available on the Corporate Social Responsibility page and will include:

Proof of Aboriginal status (First Nations, Metis, or Inuit)
Academic transcript through December 2011
Biographical sketch/resume
Supporting references

Selected candidates will be invited to a personal interview.

Submit your application to hr@dalian.ca not later than midnight, February 12, 2012. The recipient will be announced at the regional Indigenous Graduate Honouring Ceremony.
