The Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) is a combination of Standing Offer and Supply Arrangement (SO/SA) for the provision of informatics professional services related to a particular activity or initiative and are usually associated with a specified set of responsibilities. The tasks are finite work assignments that require one or more consultants and have specific start date, end date, and set deliverables.
Cyber Protection Supply Arrangement (CPSA)

The Cyber Protection Supply Arrangement (CPSA) was established by the Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSE), in partnership with Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The CPSA is a government-wide procurement vehicle for the delivery of various IT Security services which are provided on an “as and when requested” basis to any department, board, agency or Crown Corporation. IT Security comprises the security of information, information technology hardware and software, networks, telecommunications and other interconnected equipment and facilities in which the equipment is housed.
The CPSA supports Federal Government Departments and Agencies in creating an IT security framework consistent with the National Security Policy (NSP), Government Security Policies and the Operational Security Standard on Management of Information Technology Security (MITS).
DALIAN qualifies under the Aboriginal Set-Aside (ASA) – Skilled IT Security Services stream where emphasis is placed on individual qualifications, supported by the company profile. General categories of tasks include drafting of policy and supporting documentation, direct engineering support tasks, security audit activities and training/awareness.

Tasks and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) is a Government of Canada method of supply for the provision of task and solutions based non-informatics professional services. This method of supply was developed to cover three core areas of expertise that are commonly and nationally used:
- Human Resources Services;
- Business Consulting/Change Management; and
- Project Management Services.
TSPS is a combination of Standing Offer and Supply Arrangement (SO/SA).
Temporary Help Services (THS)

Temporary Help Services (THS) are services provided by the employees of temporary help firms. Temporary Help Services standing offers are used by Federal Government Departments when a public servant is absent for a period of time, or when there is a requirement for additional staff during a workload increase.
